Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") govern the relationship between pipi vip (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter referred to as "User", "Player", or "you") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the pipi vip website and its associated services.

By accessing the pipi vip website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, redeeming a bonus, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the pipi vip platform.

Account Registration & Verification

pipi vip reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion, and to close an existing account at any time where it has reason to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms or where account closure is required for legal, regulatory, or compliance reasons.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

pipi vip processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). We support a range of payment methods popular among players in Bangladesh, including but not limited to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on pipi vip is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your pipi vip account balance within 30 seconds of a confirmed transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the sending institution. pipi vip does not charge any deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own service charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification status. Players who have completed KYC verification can request withdrawals to the payment method used for their most recent deposit. Withdrawal processing times are typically 15 minutes to 2 hours for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and up to 3 business days for bank transfer requests. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

pipi vip reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds deposited to the platform at any time, particularly where the volume or frequency of deposits is unusual. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure and does not imply any allegation of wrongdoing on the part of the player. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.

Deposits made to pipi vip are for the purpose of gaming only. Depositing funds with no genuine intention to wager — for example, making deposits solely to exploit bonuses or to use the platform as a payment intermediary — is prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. Any such activity detected by our fraud monitoring systems will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Bonuses & Promotions

pipi vip offers a range of bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Where a conflict exists between the specific terms of a promotion and the general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms will take precedence for matters directly related to that promotion only.

• Wagering Requirements: All cash bonuses and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. For example, a welcome bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means that the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times in real-money bets before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have a defined validity period, which will be stated in the promotion terms. Bonuses not used within the validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account without compensation.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Players who attempt to claim the same bonus multiple times through multiple accounts or through any other means will have the bonus voided and may face account suspension.

Bets exceeding this limit during active wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games, and sports bets may contribute at lower rates (e.g., 10%–50%). The contribution rate for each game category will be specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: pipi vip employs sophisticated detection systems to identify bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, and other forms of promotional exploitation. Where such activity is detected, pipi vip reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close the offending account without notice.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on pipi vip are governed by the specific rules of each game or sports market, as displayed within the platform. By placing a bet or joining a game, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules. The following general principles apply across all pipi vip products:

• Bet Finality: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player. Bets are binding upon acceptance.

• Live Betting: In-play/live betting markets may be temporarily suspended or modified at any time during an event, at the discretion of the pipi vip sports trading team. Bets accepted prior to suspension remain valid unless voided for a separate reason.
• RNG Games: All slot, virtual table, and instant game outcomes on pipi vip are determined by certified Random Number Generators. The outcome of any game round is independent of all prior rounds and is not influenced by bet size, account balance, or any other variable.
• Disconnections: In the event of a technical disconnection during a game round, the round outcome will be determined and settled automatically by the game server. pipi vip is not liable for network disruptions outside our control, but will investigate and resolve genuine platform-side technical faults in a timely manner.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pipi vip platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, or assisting another person to register an account in violation of these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with the platform.
• Attempting to access the platform if you are under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Using the platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion request.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to automate betting decisions, gain an unfair advantage, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or malfunctions in the platform software for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected error must be reported to pipi vip and will be voided pending investigation.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt practice in connection with sports events on which bets are placed via the platform.
• Conducting transactions that may constitute money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software, security systems, or data infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pipi vip staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Sharing account credentials with other individuals, or using another person's account with or without their knowledge.

Account Suspension & Closure

pipi vip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity associated with the account.
• Detection of duplicate accounts or collusive behaviour with other players.
• Receipt of a valid legal order from a court, regulator, or law enforcement authority requiring account action.
• The player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.
• Inactivity — accounts that have shown no login or betting activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be designated as dormant accounts and may be subject to an administrative fee or closure at pipi vip's discretion, subject to applicable notice periods.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining balance after deduction of any outstanding liabilities will be returned to the player via their last active payment method. Bonus balances, free bet credits, and promotional awards are non-withdrawable upon account closure unless full wagering requirements have been satisfied prior to closure.

Any remaining cleared balance in the account will be returned to the player's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and pipi vip in respect of your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. pipi vip's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
